About Kristina

Hello and welcome!

I’m Kristina, the occupational therapist behind Living Stories Therapy Services.

I am a registered occupational therapist with experience across community, disability, aged care, DVA and regional health settings. I have worked with people with a wide range of physical, cognitive, psychosocial and functional needs, supporting them to build independence, safety and participation in daily life.

After graduating from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2019, I moved to the Northern Territory to begin my career as an occupational therapist. Working in this magnificent part of Australia, where resources are limited, the distance from services is often huge, and the population is extremely varied, my therapeutic approach is creative, resourceful and built around understanding the individual with their unique needs and goals, environments and supports.

Relocating back to NSW allowed me to develop more specialised skills, such as therapeutic driving assessments and recommendations, whilst also engaging in my Masters of Sexology, due to complete at the end of 2026 (yay!).

I have a warm, practical and down-to-earth approach. I believe good therapy starts with listening carefully, understanding the whole person, and working together to create realistic supports that fit into everyday life.
